At Rosi, we primarily source our products from the region. Aside from our passionately preserved and pickled summer fruits, fermented creations, and other homemade delicacies, we serve whatever nature is currently providing. We work closely with our producers—sometimes even joining them for the harvest—so we can get to know our products long before they reach you. We truly value our combination of direct sourcing from farms, foraging in the forest, and seasonality.
Our partners: Bersta Naturkost, Rami Tea, Bäckerei Felzl, Fandler Öle, Gota Coffee Experts, Käserei Höflmeier, Fleischwaren Höllerschmid, Schober Bio Fleischmeister, Krautwerk, Jumi, Kima Organics, Wiener Miso, Poyerhof, Reiners Erdbeeren und Gemüse, Waldviertler Gemüsemanufaktur, Wiener Tofu Manufaktur, Biohof Brandensteiner, Wedl, Orangerie Schönbrunn, Mandarinet

ROSI BRUNCH CLUB
Saturday & Sunday
9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
New every week.
Different every week.
Every week is unique.
Always regional, always seasonal, and always based on what we're currently craving. This allows for new creations and encourages us to think outside the box. All dishes are available individually or as a 7-course menu designed for sharing!

EVENING MENU
Wednesday - Saturday
5:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Vegetarian-focused dishes designed for sharing—place everything in the middle of the table. Still hungry? Feel free to order more, or perhaps just go through the entire menu all over again! The experience is rounded off with a selection of natural wines from Austria and Germany, organic beers from small-scale breweries, and house-made drinks. And, of course, there are plenty of non-alcoholic options, too.

TILL
Rosi 's head chef and a product enthusiast. He loves fresh, unadulterated ingredients – knowing the story behind them is important to him. Till expresses his appreciation through careful preparation and a little twist. The feeling that Grandma Rosi evokes is essential – pure comfort food and a warm belly. This Swabian's favorite dishes are spoon-based, and his absolute favorite is Maultaschen (because they're awesome).
